Isabelle is a passionate Lifestyle Coach, social influencer and public speaker dedicated to empowering and supporting people to transform their lives into a healthier and more aligned version. Having felt a calling to help others from a young age, Isabelle served in the military police for 20 years and qualified as a yoga and Pilates teacher. In 2020, she decided to leave her job to pursue her true purpose. After a period of travelling and self-discovery, she found her path in 2023. She immersed herself in various coaching programmes, equipping herself with the necessary skills, tools and knowledge to embark on her new journey.
